One sunny summer day, my family and I decided to host a backyard BBQ cookout. We wanted to surprise our guests with delicious and guilt-free grilled dishes. I came up with a recipe for a Keto Vegetarian Cauliflower Steak Pizza that was both healthy and tasty.
