Ingredients
- Sausage, Pork, Fresh (4 medium link – breakfast size)
- Red Bell Peppers, Raw (½ medium – 2 1/2" diameter x 2 3/4")
- Yellow Bell Peppers, Raw (½ medium – 2 1/2" diameter x 2 3/4")
- Red Onion (½ small)
- Olive Oil (2 tablespoon)
- Balsamic Vinegar (1 tablespoon)
- Thyme, Fresh (1 tablespoon, chopped)
- Oregano Fresh (1-½ x 1 teaspoon)
- Rosemary (2 x 1 x sprig)
- Gourmet Collection Smoked Paprika by Mccormick (1 teaspoon)
- Salt, Sea Salt (¼ teaspoon)
- Black Pepper (⅛ teaspoon)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 F.
- Finely slice the peppers and quarter the onion and add to a shallow baking dish. Add the thyme, oregano and rosemary and drizzle with the balsamic vinegar and olive oil, then season with salt and pepper. Toss to combine.
- Nestle the sausages in between the herbs, vegetables and smoked paprika.
