- Bacon (12 slice – 6" long)
- Keto Spinach And Artichoke Dip (6 x 1/4 cup)
Instructions
- Preheat and oven to 375 degrees. Spray the outside of a 12-count muffin tray with pan spray. Cut all the bacon slice in half, so you have 24 pieces of bacon total. Wrap 4 pieces over 6 muffin cups, as pictured.
- Place the raw bacon cups on a middle-rack in the oven, and bake for 20 minutes. It’s important to make sure the bacon cooks completely through or else they won’t release from the muffin tray.
- Allow the bacon cups to cool slightly once they’re baked through before removing. Once cooled, fill each bacon cup with about a ¼ cup of Spinach and Artichoke Dip.
