Ingredients

  • Bok Choy (1-¼ cup)
  • Coconut Oil (1 tablespoon)
  • Garlic, Fresh (1 clove)
  • Sesame Oil (1 teaspoon)
  • Lemon Juice (1 teaspoon)
  • Lemon Peel Or Zest Raw (1 tsp)
  • Sesame Seeds (½ teaspoon, whole pieces)
  • Salt, Sea Salt (¼ teaspoon)
  • Black Pepper (⅛ teaspoon)

Instructions

  1. Carefully slice the tough base from the bottom of the Bok choy and separate all the individual leaves. Chop the white stalks and separate from the green leaves. Reserve the leaves to one side. Thinly slice the garlic. Heat the coconut oil in a skillet over a medium heat and add the bok choy stalks and garlic.
