Ingredients
- Romaine Lettuce (4 outerleaf)
- Mustard (2 teaspoon)
- Deli Ham (2 medium slice – 4 1/4" x 4 1/4" x 1/16" – each 0.75 ounce)
- Pork Chops, Loin, Fresh, No Visible Fat Eaten (2 chop)
- Swiss Cheese (1 slice- each 3/4 ounce)
- Olive Oil (1 tablespoon)
- Lime Zest (1 teaspoon)
- Garlic Powder (½ teaspoon)
- Salt, Sea Salt (¼ teaspoon)
- Black Pepper (⅛ teaspoon)
- Dill Pickles (2 small – approx 2" long)
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a pan over a medium heat. Season the pork loins with salt, pepper, garlic powder and the lime zest.
- Add the pork to the pan and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and completely cooked through. Slice each loin into 6 even strips.
- Divide the pork strips between the lettuce leaves.
- Top each with a half teaspoon of mustard. Tear over the cheese and ham and slice the dill pickles. Scatter over the pickles to serve.
