One day, my family and I decided to have a special party at our house. We invited our friends and family to come and join us. We wanted to do something different, so we came up with a fun idea called the Keto Burger Plate.
At the party, everyone got to make their own custom recipe for a delicious burger. We had a table filled with different types of buns, like lettuce wraps and low-carb bread. There were also lots of yummy toppings, like cheese, avocado, and bacon. It was so much fun to see everyone get creative with their burgers!
Not only was it fun, but it was also a healthy gathering. The Keto Burger Plate is a great way to eat nutritious food without all the extra carbs. We all learned about the benefits of eating low-carb and how it can help us stay healthy.
My husband, Mark, made a burger with a lettuce wrap, topped with cheese and lots of veggies. Emily, my daughter, decided to try the low-carb bread with avocado and bacon. Ethan, my son, went for a lettuce wrap with extra cheese and bacon. They all loved their creations!

Ingredients
- Hamburger Or Ground Beef, 90% Lean (1 pound)
- Montreal Steak Seasoning by Mccormick (2 tsp)
- Baby Kale (4 cup, chopped)
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil (4 teaspoon)
- Cucumber (4 ounce)
- Tomato Raw (includes Cherry, Grape, Roma) (4 ounce)
- Snack’mms Kosher Dill Pickles by Vlasic (8 pickles)
- Ultra Thin Colby Jack Cheese by Sargento (8 slices)
- Mayo (4 tablespoon)
Instructions
- Divide ground beef into four pieces and make them into a flat patty. Sprinkle each side with seasoning. You can always use any keto friendly seasoning you’d like or simply salt and pepper instead.
- Heat a grill on HIGH until hot. Grill each burger for about 3 minutes on the first side and 3-5 minutes on the other side until the juices run clear. In the meantime, prepare the burger plate by placing the baby kale and seasoning it with olive oil and a pinch of salt as well as the cucumber, pickles and tomatoes. The cucumber and tomatoes could use a pinch of salt as well. Then place the slices of cheese.
- Once the burgers are cooked, add them to the plate along with the mayo.
