  • Thin Sliced Center Cut Pork Chops Bonless by Aldi (1 pound)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and brown mustard. On a wide plate, mix together the parmesan, almond flour, salt, pepper, onion powder, and parsley.
  2. Fill a large skillet with olive oil to about ½-inch high. Heat the olive oil on a medium-high heat. When the oil is hot, lay out approx. 6 thin-sliced pork chops.
  3. One by one, dip the pork chops in the egg, then coat them in the parmesan breading. Place each breaded pork chop in the hot oil.
  4. Cook the pork chops on each side until they naturally release from the skillet and are crispy golden brown on both sides.
  5. Enjoy your pork schnitzel with a wedge of lemon! This schnitzel has been garnished with extra chopped parsley and hot paprika.
