For a complete meal, serve them alongside grilled chicken or roasted vegetables. As for beverages, they pair well with a glass of dry white wine or a refreshing iced tea.

Tips and Tricks to prepare Keto Cheddar Biscuits:

  • Make sure all the ingredients, especially the butter and cheese, are cold. This helps create a flaky texture.
  • For a more flavorful variation, add herbs like rosemary or thyme to the biscuit dough.
  • If you prefer a more cheesy taste, increase the amount of cheddar cheese in the recipe.
  • If you don’t have almond flour, you can substitute it with coconut flour, but the texture and flavor will be slightly different.
